asuming this is how its done
cant imagine how the individual smds fit in a neat circle?????

well you can buy angel eye leds on ebay ...so easily tricked into thinking thats what the vec c ones are

You can buy angel eye kits for headlights for some cars, but those have projector style lights for both main beam and dipped already so the halos fit round them. To fit them you'd have to take the glass lens off the front. However the Vecs standard lights have a large reflector for main beam so you wouldn't be able to fit one (no where to mount it and it would look weird).
