    Default Halfords receipts

Just been looking through paper work and found some receipts for axle stands and a battery charger...

Or at least from what I can make out!... Anyone buying any proffesional tools your probably best laminating them or taking a copy.

    There only from Dec 2010

better off scanning them to the computer , then you can print them off whenever you need them

i was in halfords in bracknell on sat changing some halford proffesional tools
had to change a tx45 socket , a 12" 1/2" drive extension and a 16mm ratchet spanner , was surprised as they didnt want a receipt and changed them straight away , even the ratchet spanner

was well impressed with there service

From what I can tell Halfords never ask for the receipt for their proffesional stuff. Just having the item in your hand is all the proof they require.

No don't laminate them, most till receipts and credits card receipts are done on thermal paper, put them through a laminator and they will go black and be even more unreadable.

"Manager" at Kidderminster branch would not swap my damaged professional socket socket without proof of purchase, which I could not turn up. I have no intention of buying anything else from there.
