Default vec c 1.8 fuel issue

my friend and i did his head gaket on his car, all was running before we started.

so off we set stripping it down, got down to the head gasket and all was going well.

head went to be skimmed and collected.
new gasket on and head replaced, all bolts torqued down, pipes on etc

    but now the probem........

it wont start, plugged opcom in and its saying:

P0230 Fuel Pump Primary Circuit High

so what have i forgot, not done, failed to do.....
Or is it just coincidence that its gone just after we put it all back together?

    Help guys

    Steve

Big sig......... spot on,found out that 1 of the connectors to the engine ecu had been forced on and as a result had bent some of the pins in the unit.

Straightened the pins out, and hey presto,

    SHE'S ALIVE.......

Thanks to all of you that have replied.
