about 2 months ago i fitted brand new monroe shockers to my car.

    car was silent.

gradually, the knockig before they were fitted has returned.
i jacked the front up today and if i grip the wheel, i can lift the wheel up and down with my hands.

theyre no movement with the spring etc.

    has the shocks gone???

Are they a shortened sports shock, or just a standard one. Worse possibly if your car is diesel.(Heavier).

If you're car is lowered then these won't do the job. Sri suspension is fine, anything lower is a no go. monroe dont even recommend them for sri setup. hope that helps
