Hello everyone, Just wondering if anyone uses these?
I was looking at getting one for about a month now then the budget came along and thought I would give it a try. I used to smoke 10-15 fags a day at a cost of approx £100 a month! I would recommend anyone who smokes to add up what they spend on fags per month!
I quiet like smoking and this seems the pertect option if you still want your nicotine hit without inhaling the 3999 other chemicals including carcinogens and Tar which you make roads with that line the insides of your lungs!
These ecigs contain water, propylene glycol (found in medicines, moisturiser etc), flavoring and nicotene. Nicotene is a drug and has very little health risks taken in moderation (a bit like caffene). You inhale vapour that contains the nicotene and exhale the remaining vapour that is harmless (no 2nd hand smoke health issues). You also have the sensation of smoking due to getting a "throat hit" at the back of your throat and your holding something in your hand.
Reading up on http://allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com the ones you get on amazon, corner shops etc. are pretty rubbish and expensive for what they are (disposable). So I got a 510 starter kit - http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages...510/510Starter
This is the most popular among "vapers" and is the most interchangable and "modded". There are lots of different combinations and mods! Including lots of flavours from B&H to choc chip cookie.
I have had this ecig for two days and have had one fag last night (that I didnt like but wanted to see if there was any difference).
I can vape at work, pubs, etc and I wont stink the car or house out. I have noticed my taste buds and smell coming back and have also noticed how much smokers stink! I will also save around £80 a month once I have got mu back up battery, atomiser and spare charger.
I can honestly say that I will never have a fag again and look forward to a more healthier life!
All I would say to smokers is give it a try. It costs 3 packs of fags to get started (2 days for some people) then you can start counting the monies!
