how do i upload pics

trying to upload pics and not having much luck can anyone help

Easy way to post pictures

Under your posting is two boxes click; Go Advanced
A new box will open click the attachments icon (to the right of the smiley face).
New box will open
Click browse first one of ten
select picture you want to upload
press upload and wait for short cut to appear at bottom of this box
press preview photo will appear on screen
press submit to post to forum

i try that mate but thast box that opens takes hours to upload and zseems not to work
