Yep. It is due a service. Mine comes up annually.

how do i remove the warning

foot on brake , hold down mileometer rod, turn ignition on while holding down brake and rod , keepdown untill it flashes and dissapears

got castrol magnatec oil in at the moment 5w 30 .its a little bit noisy
should i put 5w 40 in
car has done 70000 and is remapped to

Noisy in what way?
