Default Changing jobs like i change cars....

    Oaft
well after leaving my IT job in July last year I moved into a Telecoms Maintenance job and then after 4 months the company fell flat. Luckily I had been offered 3 jobs so found myself in employment straight away.

Then after trying the car sales game, realised that you get bum raped *no comments* and literally exchange your life for work. So left that after 6 weeks. Only to be able to go to a job I was offered initially after being made redundant.

The job is ok, but nothing mind blowing and involved travelling to Glasgow everyday which was a fair treck , very glad that my 1.9 cdti is giving me 57MPG. Only to get a phone call after someone saw my CV online offering me a job much closer to home! So I am soon to be the New Account Manager at ITW and very much looking forward to it.

It just shows you that there are actually jobs out there eh!
Needless to say il need to get a new car to start my new job......

Anyone else noticed that there seems to be an awful lot more jobs out there? Do you think that this means the economy is finally starting to pick up a little?....

Like you said before I think its industry dependant. But im graduating uni in september in Mechanical Engineering and since before christmas ive applied to loads of jobs advertised, and had numerous tests, intervews etc. But I have my dream job (1st one i applied for) lined up to start in September after an interview and assessment centre! So i would definitely say there are jobs out there, just depends what industry

Offshore industry is like that you can basically leave one job and be in another the next day as long as you have the experience
