Default Advice needed on a repaired crack on rear bumper

As the title suggests I have a crack that was repaired by the previous owner. It's about 2" and is right on the edge. The paint above it is starting to crack

    Attachment 53081

    What are my options?

Was thinking of getting a new bumper primed and then get it sprayed cos quite like the idea of the sportier looking bumper (think its xp ?!?!)

Or, if this one can be properly repaired and sprayed so it looks good as new I may keep it and just get the lower stick on bit to make it look sportier (sorry don't know the name of it)

On the iPad so item numbers are all I can get, just put it in the search engine on eBay,

    300686203435 that's for a whole bumper

270943424761 that's just the rear skirt

That's all I can find ATM, all the others must have sold
