    Default Cracking in lacquer

    Any ideas if this can be repaired with out re-spraying. It effects the rear door and a tiny part of the front door. It looks as though the laquer as shattered. Only took notice after I polished the car so looks as though it's been there awile. Any idea?

    Been repaired before maybe?? sure that needs prepping and resprayed

    How olds the car?? could be a dent thats been filled and painted under that and the filler used wasnt good quality and has cracked undernith hence the paint damage

    2004. No signs of any filler work if there is then it's smack on level.

    there is a chance u can sort it out u need to flat it back them use some 3m buffing compound buff it back up and then get some black carpet die mix it half and half with autoglym or black magic polish and polish the pannel even try useing the buffer with a polish head on it and it should come out if not then paint time mate

    Wont it be covered under the 12 year anti corrosion warrenty???

    if u can get to claim on the 12 year warranty u wil be the luckest person on this earth i work at a dealer and u will get no where the dealer will say warranty will be voide and its been throught a car was they will do every thing not to sort it out if it was in a 3 to 5 year gap then u may stand a chance thats if u bought it bran new and u was the only owner on it trust me ,,,,,
