Mobil 1 0w-40 oil

Will Mobil 1 fully synthetic 0w 40 be ok for my Vectra 1.9cdti 150

0w40 would be fine. It will be a bit thicker when hot and that's a good thing. You may lose a couple of mpg though due to its viscosity.

As above it will be fine mate all though I use 10/40 when milage get up on them

I use it in my engine, have done for many years.

0 or 5 w 30 or 40 fully synth will see you right.

I use 10w 40 vauxhall semi synth in mine 102k but will change it every 10k being a taxi, i like it being a bit thicker on high mileage (a bit more protection and quieter running).
And keep revs down when the engines cold
