Default 2.0 turbo warm start problem

A question for all you 2.0 turbo owners.
After I have driven the car and it's warm upon restarting it feels like it doesn't start up properly the revs are low and at the back of the car it sounds like the exhaust is shaking something seems strange anyway. I don't normally drive the car long distances and not for long periods either anyone got any ideas.
Oh it has 48000 on the clock

when did you last change your fuel filter? Have you cleaned out the throttle body, was it manky or clean? Have you cleaned the MAF and MAP sensors? On startup the lambdas are not in the loop but I would clean them anyway, carefully though? Have you checked the condition of your spark plugs to see if what colour they are?

Fuel filter is under the car, roughly under the rear drivers side passenger..

MAF is the in the air intake pipe between the airbox and the turbo, just blow through it or use an evaporating cleaner like brake cleaner spray, but sparingly..

MAP sensor is in the boost pipe coming up from the intercooler, the sensor is in the top of the plastic section just before the rubber, silicone pipe joins and goes to your throttle body.

Lambda 1 is in the downpipe on the first bend before the cat.

Lambda 2 is in the exhaust mid section after the flexi..

Spark plugs, well i hope you know where they are mate.... please say you do...

Vinegar is pretty good for cleaning lambdas if you ever need to clean them..
