    Thumbs up Cdti intercooler silicon hoses fitment help!!

    Hi All
    I have 4 silicon intercooler hoses and having issues finding where they fit, could anyone provide detailed description of where the hoses are which they replace or even better pictures would be better.

    The two U shaped ones will fit to the intercooler, the 90 degree one will be for the intercooler to inlet top hose and the last will be the turbo to intercooler

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    You need to more specfic on where these hoses are so I can replace them.

    I.E where the intercooler hose for the u bend is etc, I have had a look and tried replacing a pipe which looked similar on the passenger side near the air con cap and it was considerably longer.

    I think I'm right in saying that you'll need to pull the front bumper to get to the bottom hoses. If you have a link at the How 2 below you can see the larger U shaped hose in one of the pics, the other one should be at the other side....

    Sorry mate, I have the V6 not the 150, I didn't think that the DPH 150 kit was on sale yet?
    Gareth is a good guy, I was at DPH thursday/friday last week.

    Thanks for that so the two u bends go on either side when the bumper is taken off. Thats fine what about the other two. First person to get the cdti kit

    Like I said, the 90 degree one should go from the intercooler return top pipe to the inlet.
    The other pipe goes from the airbox pipe to the turbo.

    Hopefully the attached pic should hep you out, you have got parts 10, 8 and the 2 ends on part 4....
