wise choice fil,if your having doubts now.the one i am trading in has satnav,but no full leather or 20"wheels. fortunately for me,i got back what i paid for it ,and for a couple of grand more,i have all the toys and a slightly newer car

I've definately done the right thing because it isn't bothering me. By the time i'm ready to buy one at the end of the year, i'll be in a stronger position to maybe do a straight deal. My Vectra + cash & no finance ! Just a case of finding the right vehicle

Thats too bad Phil but im sure you have made the right choice its best to wait for the right car to come along that way you wont be saying i wish i had waited a bit longer and it would save you a packet on mods.

I think your in a winning situation either way as your Vectra isnt exactly in desperate need to change.

The car is MINT ! BUT it is basic as far as options fitted, hence my post above.
Not going to phone the garage until tomorrow to tell them it's off. I'll lose my deposit, but i think in the long run i'm making the right choice and getting one with all the right bits.

Just caught up with this thread Phil. Wise decision there. It looks a nice car but if it's not right then it's not right. Buy the right car and buy it once.

It's the same reason I did what you did on the 535d I put a deposit down on.
