Cheers m8 been looking all over the net for last 2 days and can't find the tee's anywhere. Do you think this could be the cause of lack of grunt in low revs and a defo flat spot bout 1500 to 1700 rpm??????????

    Vehicle : Vectra

    Trim : SRi

    Engine : 1.9 CDTi 8v

    Year : 55

    Mileage : 92,000

I replaced mine back in December but used genuine VX replacement part 93196078 (had metal connectors instead of plastic)

    http://vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1678259

It made quite a big difference, car used to struggle to start but now is so much better

For the connectors you could try http://www.uniteddiesel.co.uk/diesel...e_products/12/

Good luck getting to the bottom of it

Most bosch injection specialists will sell you the parts for the leak off assembly individually. The T's are about £1.50 from memory

Got the fuel leak off pipe kit from local vauxhall dealer cost me £42 bit more than i expected but really needed them so as usual they charge you a fortune

Got another major issue now as my car struggles to rev and has no usable power hoping to get a loan of a code reader this week a few ppl have said it sounds like the EGR valve but i've no idea with these modern engines hope to get it sorted soon as i really miss driving my big blue bus lol
