Does it get any better?

I bought a 1.8 sxi 52 plate on 100k last Tuesday, and my wallet hasn't shut since!

Does it get any better or have I bought into an endless problem? Only upside is the cambelt belt had been done.

New resistor pack on, blown, fixed, blown again, blower motor squealing like a pig, no dampness or water as some have had.

Bonnet cable snapped, fixed that. Drivers door illumination doesn't go off unless you press the lock button on the door. Temp gauge is weird, new thermo being picked up on Saturday, along with everything to do a full service as garage are a bunch of lying *****!

Oil leak from bottom o/s of the engine that I'm scared to investigate incase it costs me more.

But I've fallen in love with it and want it all shiny and smooth, but my bank account loathes it :-(

Resistor packs keep blowing cause of the motor i expect mate

That's what I'd decided, more ****** money ain't it! I was trying to work out how many 82p fuses I'd have to buy before I'd be better off having replaced the motor
