Been having a bulb issue for the last few weeks (h7 35w 6k)

Sent quite a few emails with only one answer. Phoned many times only to get a recorded message each time telling me to call back in 10 mins.

Sent another email but 5 days later no reply.

On the off chance I called them again today and a very nice young lady picked up.

Was told to send the bulb back but I didn't want to dothat. So left 10 pound deposit and another bulb is on its way.

So hopefully there contact issues are sorted. I could also hear a lot of chatter in the background talking about 501 and mtec. Sounded likes another customer being given advice.

Btw i swapped the intermittent working bulb to the other side and the same problem followed. It's a bad bulb for sure.

I'm now relieved that my issue will be corrected. It's been going on for awhile.

Just to note that I was told the ballast hAve 2 year warranty but bulbs only have six months. I missed that when originally ordering.

Hmmm looked on their site again and I can not see any mention of 6 months warranty for bulbs within kits.

Just wonder if I have missed it. Just to add if you buy replacement bulbs it states one year warranty.

Either I have missed the plot completely or this is somewhat odd / misleading advertising.

Did not get a chance to call them today, will do tomorrow.

However my replacement bulb arrived today which was quick.

Will fit this weekend and see what happens.
