Rear seat fixings !

Found my rattle,its the rear seat lower.
Its got two broken anchors,I think they are called.
Used to be hinges on my Vec 'B'.
Rang the dealer and wait for it.................... £9.40 each plus VAT.
They are small plastic clips for gods sake !
Anyone know where I can get them cheaper ?
I'm based in Leeds.

just bought 2 for mine , as a full member and using the trade club got them for 15 pounds . they are a lot off money for what they are , but it stops the rattle . khalid

how did you find that this was your problem m8,i`ve a rattle some-where in the back and i was thinking it may be suspension related but i suppose its worth checking everything.

It didn't happen when I had people in the back, only when the back was empty,good luck I suppose. I gave the seat a pull and found it was all loose !
I'm thinking of getting some rubber with a split in to wedge the male fitting bit into.Maybe a cut down exhaust rubber.
I'm deffo not paying £20 for those rip off things. If I ever needed to lift the seat in the future, they would just break again,they look one use only ?

I have the rattle when i go over speed ramps or uneven ground,i had it before i had mot at xmas and the car passed,so god knows whats causing it

You tried a scrappy. You may get them free

No mate,they snap inside when you release the seat !
