    As above what do they do to em?

    I'd hazard a guess it's not rear brakes, but actually the handbrake recall.

    All they do it replace the handbrake button spring with a meatier one as the original has been known to release itself if not applied properly.

    You should notice a slightly firmer handbrake button and a sticker on the driver's sunvisor detailing correct handbrake application - (pull handbrake up without pressing button to apply).

    If it has been done, it should be recorded against your chassis number on the Vx maintenance database... any Vx dealer's service dept should be able to confirm if it is or not for yours.

    ive only had a recall on the handbrake took 30 minutes to do

    but never had or heard on this forum of rear brakes recall

    you should have the all important sticker on your sunvisor if the Handbrake has been done

    I haven't got one so either it's been taken off or hasnt been done. Might get them to check the clip under the handle for me at the same time
