    been looking at a few post on ppl useing these plcc2 leds to change the colour from the yellow orange colour to bule or white i can see loads on how to do to it but looks abit tricky for me and my fat fingers lol but im defo willing to give this a go but is there anyone local out there willing to give me a hand and know what there doing i realy wanna get this done as well and change them all to blue

    I'd happily be a second set of hands/eyes in a few weekends. But I've never done it and although handy with wiring I can't solder for ****! Lol

    if you start on the window switches,dont be put off if they are hard to lift off the circuit board,they are glued on aswell as soldered,get a temp controlled solder iron & a pair of pointed tweezers,heat 1 end (not too long) whilst pulling the SMD upwards at that end,repeat on other end,should come off with 1 heat on each end

    for fitting the new SMD there should be enough solder left from the removal,place the SMD with the tweezers,now heat the metal 'tab' whilst pressing down at that end,DONT HEAT TOO LONG they dont like too much heat,do the same at the other end

    have done all my interior,just need to change the angled SMDs' in the speedo dials as they aint bright enough
