Can any one tell me how to turn on ac through using the board computer no hand book it's in Eco mode

You don't use the BC to turn it on.

Press and release the large knob between the 2 heater temperature settings to get into the menu and then turn the knob to select from the menu the item you want and press it to select. This knob also manually controls the fan speed.
