    Default Passenger wing mirror fault

My passenger wing mirror on my 04 Signum works fine when I use the buttons to move it. But when I press the memory button on the seat, the seat moves, the drivers wing mirror moves and so does the rear view mirror, but the passenger wing mirror stays where it is.

Also, some people say when you put the car into reverse it should face the kerb, this is also not happening.

Is this an easy fix? Could it be some kind of position sensor fault?

maybe the mirror has been replaced and now the wrong one? has it worked before?

Only had the car a fee months. Never noticed if it ever has worked.

But if it works with the buttons, doesn't that mean it's the right mirror as all the motors/servos are working?

Got exact same problem 04 Signum elite. been driving me daft. Took switch apart on Sat cleaned all contacts, works fine with remote buttons on doors, but not when you select reverse or memory buttons. I guess next step is to remove and clean all switches to se if that sorts it.
    3.2 v6 Signum and loving it 😁

I would have thought it is more to do with the memmory module? You have stated that it works correctly, moves with all of the buttons, just not when you select the memmory button.

Have you checked to see if the memmory also works on the passengers mirror?

If it's never worked then it could have been replaced at some point. You can get the fault codes read and see if it comes up with 2 position sensor errors or check the wing mirror for correct part number

The memory buttons work with my seat, driver mirror, rear view mirror but not the passenger one.

Also, I have a code scanner and there are no fault codes.

Does it read body codes or just engine codes? If its the name we can't mention it should pick it up if its elm based then it won't

Funny I've stumbled across this thread. My 53 elite Signum is doing exactly the same. Memory working fine on seats and other two mirrors but passenger one is not having it. It's been doing my head in the last week or so.
