    Default Dirty Coolant

Hi, i have just noticed that my coolant is very dirty looking, the car is not overheating, im not losing coolant and there is no mayo or anything under the oil filler cap, does anyone know what could be causing this apart from the cylinder head ?.

Iv only had the car 4 weeks and bought from the stealers so if anything major i would expect to be fixed by them free of charge.

    Thanks

I'd get it back to the dealers if I were you. Very possibly head gasket failure (early signs). They'd probably just flush the cooling system though. So watch for it going dirty again

It probably only needs flushing out, I would try that before doing anything else.

If its only done 55k on an 08 plate it should be ok. For all the cost you could do a flush and change it. 5lt of OAT antifreeze from VX is about £16.
