Have you tried the car parts company at the bottom of Hylton Road or Autosave in Grangetown for a cheap rewind tool?

Yeah they seem a handy bit of kit. The one i ordered off fleabay was about 26 quid but it had loads of different adaptors in it in a case. Gutted it didn't turn up. managed to do my old astra with a set of long nosed pliers but decided i'd be posh with the veccy

Apparantly you have to be careful about getting air in the calipers when you rewind them?

    Although I dont understand why??

Think i read somewhere that it's better to slacken the bleed nipple off when rewinding them to avoid pushing the seals back then rebleeding them but i've never heard of it happening. (touch wood) Think as long as the brake fluid reservoir cap is off it should be fine.
