Default Started colour coding my new moulded mudflaps

I bought these for my 06 facelift vec. Front and back.

I stuck the fronts on and they look nice but I think they will look much better colour coded all round.

As the fronts are fitted at the moment I started on the rears.

Plastic primed and painted the other night to Black Sapphire. Glossed them heavily tonight as im sure they will take a beating once on. (3 heavy coats)

Will leave them in the airing cupboard for at least a week before I flatten them down to a nice smooth finish.

Can't wait to fit them and finish this little project.

P.S Im removing the fronts tomorrow for painting too.

Just thought I would bump this in case others want to do the same and are looking the right parts.

    Cheers

Thanks very much John. It has taken me months of practice to get my technigue right. I'm quite addicted to prepping and spraying now. Costly business though. Ah well.
