I have just changed the fuel filter on my signum 2.2 diesel and it wont start as there is air in the fuel line, any ideas on how to bleed it without loosening the injectors as they are a pain to get to.

Remove lid and refill the filter housing. Tow it is easiest. About 1,500-2000 rpm in gear and she'll go

Undo injector is the only way i know then. Unless you can use a cheap petrol cap from a garage and make a hole with a pipe to blow through and pressurise the fuel tank whilst someone cranks

My V6 has a auto bleed on it. You turn the ignition off and on a few times i think. Worth a shot before you get covered in diesel

2.0, 2.2 dti and v6 cdti don 't have scavange pumps in the fuel tank. If the filter housing isn't full they get air in.

My v6 cdti sorted itself out after being instructed by vauxhall to turn the ignition on and off a few times.
