    Default Heated seat switches

    Just picked both passenger and driver side up for £13.98 delivered finally start getting rid of some of the blanks

    well done mate, if you have the connectors in your dash, they wont light up, to get them to light up you need to, connect them to an earth, so all i did was connect the brown earth from sport/park pilot switches to brown earth of heated seat switch hope that makes sense.

    Rob, I have recently fitted heated seats and switches - the switches dont light up or the seats heat up though

    When I removed the blanks there was just a black plastic slot for the switch, no obvious signs of wiring etc - where should I look first please?

    eBay, see them come up in my saved searches lol snapped them up as soon as I see them yeah will look to get them lit up how do I remove the blanks without damaging them or the dash? Thanks

    Easiest way is to remove stereo then they just pull out nice and easy

    Chris think to get seats to work you will need the loom think there is a how 2 on it. If you just want switches to light up and you don't have the wiring there already , Ian Highlander did a good how 2 on how to light up switches where no loom. Hope that helps

    You'd need to build a latching relay circuit to utilise them as they're only momentary switches.
