Is it relatively easy?
Would I need an A4 size sheet for each cover?
It's easy enough mate just apply plenty of heat.
A hair dryer does the job great.
A4 sheet be fine.
I've tried it in the past and then ended up giving up as I made a right **** up of it, I think I had some cheap crap material though which probably didn't help. Anyone got any pics of their that they've done?
My mirrors were first ever thing I tried lol
Cheap stuff fom eBay aswel
Was struggling like he'll then my mate was like apply more heat.
And boom job done
Will try find some pics
how do you stop it from creasing and looking tatty on the edges???
Heat makes it pliable, and a very sharp craft knife or scalpel usually does the trick FLOB.
Gonna think about this, don't like the mirror arm silver if do it, looks odd on pics I've see (no offense)... I've got my silver lightening cover so was gonna have a play, might just put the CC ones on, store the irmy's until I decide on wheel colour....
I done mine was happy for a while, but if you dont clean your car on a weekly basis it will look crap
I didn't know you had to apply heat. I did my dash they other day and it looked crap. So I've got some paint.
