Default check height of front please.

Vec C on 18's with bilstein b4's and 30mm eibach springs.

I know this will be a common setup.

Can someone please measure from the floor to the highest point of the wheel arch on the front.

Went to get alignment done. They said one side was scraping going up the ramp.

Because its lowered anyway didn't think much of it. Checked tonight and there's about 3/4 inch difference from one side to the other.

I doubt it really matters what height others are at- one side of yours is wrong somehow. looking at the 2 sides and comparing will be the easiest way to find out.

Is it possible that one of the shocks wasn't nutted up tight aand is unwinding itself???

or could a bump stop have been left out???

I've not heard of eibachs snapping.

or could the springs be different weight ratings????

    ok drivers side is 26' 2 passenger side is 26" 9. a 17mm difference.
I have checked the bottom of both springs and both seem fine.
I have also checked the bolts on strut top and they are fine.
    Both bump stops are fitted.

The ride height was fine 2 months ago

When you press down in each corner do they react the same?

Should rise up, go down then settle.

    The drop link is attached?

try jacking it up of the ground and twist the springs out of and then back into the correct position-and get a good look at the top end as a broken end would be hard to see up there........

never thought about it being a loose or totally shot droplink............... worth a look too

    Default front suspension/problems

After a lot of help from DitchpP and to Husky for supplying two new front shocks.

    Still no further forward.

So far rich has checked both my shocks, top mounts and bearing, swapped the springs over and replaced the shocks.

The drivers side is still sitting 5mm lower than the passenger side. It has not long been in for wheel alignment and nothing was pointed out as broken or damaged.

there was a thread on here recently about the front subframe being out of shape. But there is an equal gap between wheels and arch horizontally.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Bent Wishbone has been suggested. Otherwise no idea as to what could be wrong.

it may sound a silly suggestion but have you checked your rear suspension?
The reason i say this is because in theory if say your drivers side rear suspension is worn or broken and is sitting lower it could have the effect of lifting the passenger front ?
i know its a weird suggestion
