    Default Finally fitted.............and it works!!!

Nothing to exciting but finally got around to fitting the Parrot. Just a quick thank you to all how 2's that people have done, took a little bit of information from several, very helpful .

So purchased the Parrot from a boot sale about 6 months ago . It was lying on the floor mixed in with a bunch of wires. The chap seen me looking and said take the lot for £5. Went in to halfrauds and spent over three times this on the adaptor.

Anyway the day came to fit it (today). Was allot easier than i had expected, i spent most of my time trying to fit all the harness behind the stereo . I was so happy with how the job had gone i was affraid to turn it on incase it didnt work, so with my eyes shut, on it went and it WORKS!

I am fairly happy with where the LCD and microphone are sittuated but am open to suggestion................................

And get that air freshener off the steering wheel stalk it will be melting the plastic cover on your cowling.

Heh, yeah, on my old saloon, made that mistake until someone on here pointed it out, by which time it was too late and the plastic paint surface had melted away.
