    Default z20net single mass flywheel conversion

    hi there has anybody got a single mass flywheel on their z20net with the original gearbox still being used ? ive just got all my boost problems sorted ready to get the car mapped but im noticing the clutch slipping now and rather than using the original duel mass setup id like to go single mass and uprated clutch as im planing on eventually getting some decent power from my vectra and would like to upgrade stuff as it needs replacing all help would be greatfull as i have been serching the internet and cant seem to find and answers e.g is the conversion possible and what parts are needed or where to get parts from even

    Vehicle : 1.9 cdti SRI & 2.6 Vec B & Mk1 Fiesta XR2

    Trim : 2 batteries. 2k RMS. 2x 15 SPL's

    Engine : CDTI 200 16V

    Perfectly fine to do but you need to make sure you get a clutch plate that has the springs built in as this is what the dual mass flywheel replaces. I did a single mass conversion on my last cdti 150 on same F40 box fine.

    Kit on ebay for around 400 notes. Little cheaper than the dual mass versions. Slave and cover the same only clutch and flywheel different.

    ive been having a look on ebay for a single mass conversion but cant seem to find 1 no matter how i put the search details in i beleive that in the vectra b 2.2 they run a single mass flywheel but some people mention a spacer needing to be fitted is this correct ?
