    Default 2.2 dti sri back discs n pads

    Just changed discs n pads, now there rubbing and slowing mi down , is this normal, do they ware in??

    Rear mate, there putting groovs in the discs already, somets wrong big time

    Did you wind the pistons on the calipers right in when you fitted the new disc's and pads?

    If not - try doing that.
    Clamp brake pipe and open bleed nipple before you do

    Can help - but often points to sticking calipers im afraid and will need changing..

    also check that the handbrake cable isnt too tight / caught..
