Post code help

Ive sold an item on eBay to someone in Edinburgh, only trouble is their post code isn't able to be found all I've got is 2 letters to start and the 1 number followed by 2 more letters, is that right? As I don't think it is asy post code is 2 letters followed by 2 numbers and then 1 number followed by 2 letters. They have paid for the item but I've heard nothing from them after emailing them twice about it :s they have 0 feedback and only joined the other day :s

Thats not right has to be at least 6 digits. For example EH1 9DJ.

Thought as much, all I got was eh 3sr so shall hold the item until I hear from them(if I hear from them at all) it's annoying, had another new member buy something off me the other day who joined the day they bought the item but never paid so have relisted that one. Just annoying really lol
