Cleaning ther car yesterday I noticed what looked like some residue left over from some sticky on my front nearside window, so after applying some rainex glass foam, and trying really hard to get it off, i noticed something...

it wasnt residue, in fact, the sticky wasnt sticky, some of my factory tint had come off and now i'd made it worse.....now in need of another factory tinted privacy glass window

You've confused me, none of the Vec-C/Signums had privacy glass on the front windows. You sure it's not an aftermarket job (which would be illegal?)

Just go to local tint place get it pulled off and replaced. As front window will be aftermarket tint

maybe then, looked way to thin to be aftermarket film if you get me, andf the sut to the top of the window is bang on, doesnt look aftermarket. if thats the case though, im replacing the front windows..lol

If they were factory tinted you could not have rubbed it of and the tint then would sit inside the glass.

You'd be amazed at the quality of some aftermarket tints mate. I agree that if it were me i'd look at getting two replacement windows. They'll be cheap enough to buy too

Maybe it's that security film you can buy that stops the window falling in when someone tries to do a smash and grab?
