    Can the ISOFIX system be fitted to a 2002 vectra SRi?

    i asked about this with the dealer and they said it could not be retrofitted
    i eventually just bought a normal car seat....

    Thanks for that, you would think with a car as popular as the vectra it would have ISOFIX fitted as standard.

    i thought that ISOFIX came standard on most cars nowadays. my model has isofix, which i use. Its so easy and quick. if you lift up the rear seat near the seat belt clunk and click thing, you should see a bar, if you see it, it has isofix.

    You should have ISOFIX as standard on the two outer rear seats.

    Mines is a robbed blind 05 plate I done alot of enquiring as i assumed mines had ISOFIX but no avail so the dealer said If i find mine has ISOFIX i will not be happy at all as my wee fella could have been alot safer in an ISOFIX seat rather than the ****e seatbelt ones

    Do u have 2 lift the seat 2 c if yr car has isofix or is it stareing u in the face

    Its just 2 little bars, spread the seat gap (where the back meets the bottom) and they should be there as standard I would have thought. My 53 plate has them.

    il have a look 2mra my sons seat has the isofix fittings but i didnt think i could use them so wev just been useing the belt
