Default 2005 Vectra 1.9 CDTi 150 injector seal

    Hi all,

I read a guide in here about replacing a seal on the injector which I followed. Really straight forward, however it's leaking again.

I spent a while cleaning the injector and the seat as best I could but now it's leaking again I'm thinking the seat is probably damaged due to the amount of pressure leaking?

The sounds terrible some days but other days not so bad.

If I was to take out and clean and replace the copper washer again how can I make sure of a really good seal?

Am I going to find it needs either a special repair or replacement head...?

    Cheers all,

    Matt

As long as you have torqued the injector retaining bolt down and has not sealed. You will have to get the injector seat recut, easy job if you got the tool.
