Warm it up with a hairdyer then prise it off with a nectar or optimax card, keeping it flat so as not to touch the paint. (I have heard other cards may work?)
That works every time...just take your time and ease it off all the way...dont rush it when ya think its almost free cos the sharp edge of the badge is enough to mark the paint if ya slipOriginally Posted by Bainie

I took mine off today ... my car is Silver Lightning.
Was quite warm today, just simply passed an old credit card (AA Membership card actually) behind the large griffin, it came off no problems at all.
Be careful if you use a hairdryer or heatgun ... they get hot very fast and may singe your top laquer.
Following removal of the Griffin I applied some turtlewax Bug and Tar Remover to remove the last bits of sticky stuff.
Then re-appled diamondbrite and polished to a shine.
Very Easy
Good Luck
fishing wire is good to run behind it.
has anyone took there griffin of the back of there signum?just want to find out if theres 2 pins
took mine of my Signum within 24 hours of getting her,
same as the Veccy, no pin holes, just ' trim tape ' used to fix em,
looks so much better with it gone to
, i will see if i can dig out a pic
