    Default Temperature Gauge fluctuations.

Good afternoon folks of Vec c land.

Car in questions is a 150 CDTi 06 plate

just been house hunting so my temperature was up,

then called into morrisons to refuel and i noticed the temp gauge had gone upto just over 90 in a matter of seconds.

Got fuel and parked up for 5 minutes waiting for the wife.

restarted and it was back to its normal 85.

then coming thru Reading it was up and down like mad, as soon as i stopped at a set of lights it was up to 90 dropping down to 85 as soon as i was moving.

I know this sounds normal but mine doesnt normally move off 85 unless i have been sat intraffic for AGES.

then on the way home on a good clear run, it dropped to 80

    any ideas ?
