    i asked this question back last year but still undecided

    i have a 2007 vectra sri xp cdti 150 with mas performance remap 187.5 bhp
    very happy with car but seriously liking the insignia sri cdti 160 vx line in white seen a few nearly new at good price

    my problem do i keep vectra or change for th insignia

    i get min 43mpg urban and well towards 60mpg on run in vectra heard the insignia thirsty

    also tow caravan about 1400kgs any help appriciated thanks

    If economy is your priority, stick with the vectra. You will not see anything like those figures with the insignia. I used to average around 54mpg with my vectra, about 43 with the insignia but it is a much bigger and heavier car. Quality wise though, the insignia is worth the upgrade, especially as my elite has all the toys

    I get on average 40mpg urban and that's been over 15000 miles.

    I'll suffer the slightly poorer mpg over my vectra as its a nice place to be behind the wheel of an insignia :-)

    I drove back from Wales last weekend and with cruise control set at 85mph I was getting 52mpg on the flats.

    My 40mpg is based on 15k of mainly comuting to work and pleasure driving so I think a fair representation of real world mpg.

    Keep the vectra I was behind a insignia yesterday going up a hill and I had to over take it as there seem to be no guts in it this was 160 bhp and my car is 150 with a BSR remap and larger front mounted inter cooler

    Must of bin somet up tue insignia the 160 move well
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    Get the Insignia mate, I was in the same situation as you, but id never look back now, especially as I have a tuning box on it
