Default Door trim - swap or wrap?

Hey guys, just picked up a set of leather door cards, but they have the "lovely" real wood trim on them

My current ones have the silver trim strips so my question is:

Can they (the trim bit) be swapped over? They have funny plastic rivet thingymebobs

If not has anyone wrapped them whilst still attached to the cards?

    Thanks guys

They can be swapped but the plastic rivets need snapping and the new ones need hot glueing on

I have the Elite with the "Tortoiseshell" trim. I am getting a mate to Vinyl it in Di Noc Carbon this weekend - including the dash and all 4 door card trims. Will put pics up when its done. (As well as my rear bumper conversion to facelift twin exit with Porsche exhaust tips and colour coded side skirts.

Just read that back and its sounds very chavvy - but I assure you will be very subtle - hopefully!!!
