    Vehicle : 2007 1.9cdti sri 150 estate

    Trim : sri

    Engine : 1.9cdti 150

    Year : 2007

    Default scale models

    ok this is a bit of an odd one so wasnt sure where to post it.

    i have some scale models of cars and i quite fancy a transporter to put them on, to make the display a bit more interesting.
    the cars in question are 1:43, does that mean i need a 1:43 scale transporter?

    this is probably a daft question but i am not sure

    Yes, that is correct
    You could have a larger scale transporter (such as 1:30 but then the cars will look small

    The lorry would look way too small for the cars in that scale.

    For example only;

    If three of your cars were 86ft @ 1:43 scale then your trailer would need to be 3" and if you trailer was 1:50 scale then three cars which are 1" would need a trailer 3" long therefore to scale it would be a 150ft trailer.

    Hope you'll find the lorry you need.
    Btw as a 1:43 scale models collector, I insist: show us some pics of your collection. I'm very curious what people have

    Or you could drop a 1/43rd model on a two poster Snap-on lift.
