    Default painting plastic skirts

As the title says what paint / preperation is required to colour code the boring black side skirts and the plastic part sorounding the exhausts. I am on the look out for the irmy ones but they seem to be as rare as hens teeth secondhand . I apologise if this has been posted before but i searched the how 2`s and couldn`t find the answer

    hi m8

i strongly recommend getting a set of used side skirts from a facelift and
repainting them, you get a lot better finish and again get the facelift rear
primed skirt and black insert to suit either single or twin exit.

if you look regulary then you just may get them in the same colour and that
way it save you paying out for painting.

lot of trime and effort trying to paint the textured ones, especially if you
    want them smooth finished.

i see ya in lancashire aswell

I was going to get a set of facelift ones but im holding out for the irmy ones lol .
To keep costs down i was just going to colour code my original ones for now .
Ive got a spare rear one to practise on the guy i bought the car from had converted to the twin exhaust one so got the old one as a spare .
I also want to do the mudflaps but unsure what paint process to use went to halfrauds the other day they weren`t any use the 18 year old spotty kid even said my paint code for star silver III was a special order he just said try it with primer first and see if it flakes off LOL

yes im in lancashire sunny Skelmersdale
