    Welcome Mate.

I have the same engine and am running the powerclick green tuning box which transforms the car into a very potent machine for an oil burner

Plenty of impartial info to be found in the diesel tuning section

Thanks for the reply, any tuning boxes to avoid on the these engines, and has your car with this box on it,no long needs to be proddy to get it to come to life.also the brother in law as a box from diesel bob which when fitted turns hi 2.0 dti into bit of a sheep in wolfs clothing, but wanted to avoid the over reving at the touch of the throttle that he gets on his car although hes got a pump not a common rail set up.

Welcome Mick, there are loads of tuning options as Steven says, boxes being about the cheapest & will still make the car very powerful indeed.

Remaps are more expensive but should be a better overall package, they change other settings apart from the fuelling & should be kinder to the engine, although for outright power I don't think there's much in it.

There are good arguments for both methods, check out the threads in the section & pick which suits you.

    to the site mate

Have a look around for posts and threads relating to 'the Caterman special' it's a tuning box from Germany that turns the 150 CDTi into an animal and only costs about £65 delivered!
