    Default PANDY'S 3.2 V6 elite saloon

Hello everybody, welcome to my progress thread!!!

Ok so i bought the car in july 2010, didn't catch the modding bug till january 2011. This is how the car looked when it was on the forecourt, completely bog standard, unabused, unmodified, elite saloon, a sleeper with fire under it's bonnet.

This is how it looked originally:

No mods done before the end of 2010, just replaced a flexipipe, (1st of 3)

So arrived january 2011, and with my new job selling breakdown cover for the AA, and a big pay packet, my first major round of mods were undertaken:

1.) Angel eye headlight units in black
2.) Lexus style black tailight units
3.) Limo tint all rear windows and light smoke on front ones
    4.) Gloss black wrapped roof
5.) Alloy wheel refurb and re-done in gloss black
6.) Front splitter, Rear skirt and side skirts painted gloss black
    7.) Gloss black pillars
8.) K&N panel filter (along with full service)
9.) Wing mirrors wrapped gloss black
10.) V grille sprayed black and lower front grilles

Now april arrived, and decided I wanted a full re-spray, not sure why, I actually like lightning silver lol, and I don't know why I chose white lol. And here's a bombshell, the colour is FORD diamond white, yes as in transit vans lol.

    11.) Full Re-spray in white
12.) Gloss black wrapped removed from mirrors and roof, and sprayed gloss black.
13.) Black Irmy style front grille
14.) Quad exhausts all silencers removed.
15.) Taillights sprayed black, rather dark but passed MOT after much polishing!
16.) Bmw 3 series rear spoiler with 3rd brake light
17.) Unplugged original 3rd brake light and painted white.
18.) Front splitter from Renault Laguna fitted

Also while it was in there MOT expired, so while it was in there I got the work done to pass the MOT, included few springs, brake lines, track rod ends, headlight alignment, few tyres, usual suspects really!

So here is how the veccy left the garage:

Riiiiight, was unsure whether i was going to include this, but a lot of you liked it and a lot of you hated it! And I'm still undecided, but it's all gone now. I have to say, while it was there, especially on the dashboard, it got sooooooooooooo much attention, any car park, people flocked to take photos! I have to say, love it or hate it, I had so much fun with it, and I met lots of new people who would come up and talk to me about it. So in summary, much respect sticker bombing!! And thank you here it all is:

    19.) STICKER BOMBING FEVER!!!!!!!!

Next under quite frankly an ingenius thread title "My Angry Panda"

    20.) Head Light Eyebrows

I Promise this is the last of the sticker bombing!!! Splitter was looking well tatty, so i fixed it the only way i knew how lol.

    21.) Splitter bomb

Next up in May 2011 was the under-car LEDs, nightmare to fit. Got a switch on the dashboard to turn them on and off, take these for granted sometimes, ultimate way to get attention at meets in the winter lol. And I always wanted a car that would fit in with the magical cars i created on Need for Speed underground 2 ha

    22.) Under car lighting

August 2011, and time to get my Veccy off these stilts!!! Coilover time, just the cheap TA technix ones, love how the car handles and how it looks, however I still think the rear is too high!!

    23.) Coilovers

Pretty much stayed as is for a few months, since I had a big trip to HongKong to pay for!

November 2011 brought a small but effective mod, I was never too keen with the yellow bulbs in my angel eye head lights, so away with them i sayyy!!!! bring in the "error free" but definately not error free strobing LEDs

    24.) Angel eye LED conversion

    Jaw Dropping

Next I replaced the black lexus tail lights with the orinial units, but I flyeyed them, and did the headlights while i'm on. It's basically a mesh, that still lets the light out, but when the lights are off, it looks tinted, VOSA approved, apparently.

    25.) Flyeyed lights

After spending about a year putting it off, I finally got round to buying, painting, and fitting the front splitter, it sort of looks like the Sri front irmy splitter, but it's for the non-sri bumper, I loves it

    26.) Front Splitter

Then had a rolling road day at RS tuning, fantastically enjoyable day and was great to meet a few of the nice chaps on Vec-c. On the rollers i eventually managed 218.4bhp and 250 ft/lbs torque.

Thanks for reading, that's all for now folks!!!!

You're absolute maniac mate!!! But there's something in this car that doesn't allow me taking my eyes of it I can only imagine the amounts of money you've spent on mods, but the final effect is stunning.
Just wondering and wondering... dashboard. When the sun shines on it, don't you see the reflection in widescreen instead of road in front of you?
