    Default ebay question

    tried in the ebay section but didnt let me so hope its ok in here

    i have invoiced some one for a item on ebay via paypal when they click and pay the invoice CAN they withdraw it and get the money back reason being is if he pays i will post the item tonight (well leave in the dispach at work) i am off the next 4 days so if he says does withdraw if he can im screwd as im off

    nooo!!! lol i wont but i was aking if anyone knows if he clicks the invoice and pays can he say 10 mins later withdraw the money back

    He could claim that he didn't do the transaction, so,
    1) only post to a verified address on PayPal
    2) don't let him collect as you'll have no proof he has the item
    3) make sure that if you post that a signature is required at delivery

    i have just canceled it tbh i spooked myself with looking on the net with scams ect one was if you send someone an invoice they can clear your bank account??? hmm not too sure so i think i will just ask him to click buy it now on ebay can i invoice him on ebay thing is im am selling items and i said i would do postage discounts hence why i thought invoicing would be easier with the correct amount

    now that i have cancelled the transaction do you think there would of been any harm done?? the guy never accepted at his end so hopeully i cought it in time

    Sending him a PayPal invoice is just a way of sending them s total you expect them to Pay. Once they've paid it's just as normal. The only ways they could get the money back is to raise a PayPal dispute or do a chargeback on the card.
