Not sure there is a way as they're stuck on pretty well,I got a second hand vxr bumper, and had to cut through the bonding with a stanley
Hi if you take the rear bumper from the car this will give you better access to the clips that hold the old diffuser in place..It is fiddly and you will get sore fingers but it can be done without removing the lip spoiler...
I did this to remove a XP rear spoiler from a bumper to graft onto mine, once you have the plastic rivets removed I simply used an old long bladed kitchen knife (the type with a serated blade) the blade on this was fairly flexible and with a bit of prying at the ends i was able to cut through the bonding quite easily with no damage to the XP spoiler and very little damage to the damage, what damage was done to the bumper would be hidden by the XP spoiler if it was going to be refitted....
