V6 two exhausts.

What would happen if I was to run 2 exhaust systems on a v6 engine? 1 exhaust from the front head and one from the back. Would it loose power, sound odd or what? I've seen a few v8's do it but wondered what would happen on a v6.... My exhaust is fine and i'm not planning on changing it just yet, just curious.

We have a balance pipe, link pipe near the front on the V8s. I have an X pipe, for better flow. Works better than two completely separate pipes and sounds better. Would have thought a V6 is much the same.
