Where can I get my car security code?

Hi guys,

Question is as above really.

Been thinking about getting a flip key, but will need my security code when I op-com it to the car. Apparently it's on my Car Pass which I don't have (car was bought used).

I'm assuming that it's not something I can get over the phone (for obvious reasons) and that Vauxhall will want to rip me off for it.

Anyone know about this?

Only place you can get it from is Vx. It's about 25 quid and you'll need your logbook and ID to get a pass, hth

You just need to take your V5 documents and ID to your local vauxhall and they order it, it takes around 2 weeks to get the card, but if you're really nice, when they order it they can get it whilst on the phone. I cant remember how much it costs, I think it was around £14-15?

You can buy flip keys from eBay that you take inards from your old key and put into flip key. Cost about 20 quid all in. No op com etc needed.
