Internal door handle panel removal instructions

Dear All,
I need to access the section of my car which holds the door handle control mechanism.Actually, I need to know two simple things(which puzzle me) a) I do not know how to remove the panel beneath the handle itself, in attach I put some pictures collected from internet, unfortunatelly they do not help me much.
b) after achieving to dismantle the handle backpanel I need to remove the handle cable which control the door lock mechanism.
Could you please help me out?

thak you very much, but how can I reach that part to prize with the screwdriver, there isn't enough room to access that area; could you tell me how to reach that area? Thank you in advance.
