Easy to fit, yes, easy to get working as a factory set up, no. You'll need a Pair of lamps, obviously, a loom, a light switch, maybe another under bonnet fusebox(being a signum the fuse box may be compatible), Foglight Surrounds, a tech2 session to activate them and a bit of luck.

I have been in the process of upgrading to factory fitted front fogs for around a year or so. No luck so far. At the moment I have mine working the old fashioned way with a small switch on the dashboard and a relay in the battery box.

Please don't use them when it is snowing. The glare and reflection from the snow on the ground is worse than when the futile fog light idiots use them in the rain.

They're called fog lights for a reason - ie, to be used in foggy conditions.

Otherwise they'd be called snow lights, or rain lights, etc.

I know this, I was referring to the fact that the OP was describing his foglights. I've had cars with DRL before.
